Kajabi’s State of the Creator Economy 2023
Kajabi, one of the largest digital platforms for course creators, aims to support the creator economy by emphasizing the industry’s trends and impact.
In April, Kajabi released the State of the Creator Economy 2023. The report provided insights about the industry and how it has accelerated in the last two years.
According to the data, the rate of online entrepreneurs has grown to 269 percent from 2019 to 2022. The COVID-19 pandemic posed as a major factor, bringing situations that demanded internet use and popularized social media.
Kajabi complemented the data with their platform’s statistics.
From 2020 to 2022, personal development and health fitness programs claimed the top spot for the most in-demand businesses on the platform. Online courses and membership sites were among their lucrative products.
With these statistics, Kajabi also changed its brand to appeal to creators. By shifting its target audience from knowledge workers to content creators, the company is providing services such as automated features to help these entrepreneurs run their businesses. Most of these businesses provide online courses, membership sites, coaching programs, and products that sell online.
With their inaugural report, Kajabi is opening doors not just for their usual customers but also for all kinds of content creators who can now build their businesses through their content and social media influence.
Kajabi was launched in 2010 and currently has more than 50,000 users.
