Startup Gets Acquired for $25M Months After Lifetime Deal
Spayee is a course platform for creators to market and sell their content and online courses. In June 2021 spayee became listed on AppSumo as a lifetime deal purchase. Just 4 months later, Spayee gets acquired by Graphy for $25m. However, Graphy is not fully supporting the lifetime deals sold to customers under the Spayee name.
