How Much is a Shoutout by MrBeast Worth?

A shout-out is a public expression of gratitude or thanks to your fans or audience for their support and contribution to your success.

It is a simple gesture that can usually brighten up someone's day. Sometimes, it's given for free but most of the time it's not.

Just recently, Famous YouTuber MrBeast  posted on Twitter asking "would you rather have $10,000,000 or 10,000,000?"

If you're a fan of Mr. Beast, would you rather get $10,000 or a shoutout from Mr. Beast?

Well, many influencers and celebrities give their fans shout-outs for free.

Meanwhile, others do paid "shout-outs" for businesses and establishments because it's a unique way for their brands to gain awareness from the public for what they’re offering and grow their audience in a targeted way.

As we move into the future, YouTube has become a social media and entertainment powerhouse where many businesses and YouTubers mostly used this influencer marketing format--the "shout-outs."

So, if you're a businessman, an influencer or stay-at-home aspiring YouTuber---would you rather have a $10,000 or a shoutout from your favourite famous YouTuber?

Having a tough time answering the question? Ask yourself, what do you need?

If you're a YouTuber and you can afford to spend so much money for the cost of productions, labor and your time but gained a small amount of subscribers, a shout-out from a known YouTuber could be better.

The more subscribers you have, the larger you'll become and the more chance your channel will get monetized.

According to YouTube Partner Program, a monetization program that helps creators make money through advertisements, you'll be eligible to apply if you have at least 4,000 watch hours in the past 12 months and at least 1,000 subscribers.

However, it still depends on what you need or the industry that you're in.

What if you're already gaining monetary value from your videos through advertisements?

Would you still want a shoutout from MrBeast or your favourite YouTuber or will you choose the $10,000?
